Enhances Green Building Design.

The guidelines state clearly that products with certain properties qualify for the points used in LEED project certification.

The aluminum and glass are among the qualified materials associated to certain LEEDs point, the use of them helps building projects qualify for green building status under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Aluminum is considered a vital component of green/sustainable buildings for several reasons. The metal is easily recycled and loses none of its properties during the process.

Also the recycling process reduces energy consumption by more than 90 percent, as compared to energy required to produce new aluminum from its source materials.

Glass is a sustainable, fully recyclable material which provides great environmental benefits such as contributing to mitigating climate change and saving precious natural resources. It is also highly appreciated in many applications for its inert nature and its contributions to safeguarding people’s health ad well being.

FARAM HOLDING has been a proud contributor to many LEED building projects around the world. Sustainable construction is a commitment to create healthy work and living spaces.
